To Be Included in the Enlarged Edition Cooperation with Japan's Prefectural Offices and Companies Some Japanese Prefectures, such as Kanagawa, Niigata and Miyagi, and companies, such as Sompo Japan, have their China contact offices, headquartered in Dalian, so that our cooperation with them also was important. In August 2003, we held an investment opportunities seminar for the IT companies in Kanagawa Prefecture at Kiyoken’s conference room in Yokohama, with the help of Kanagawa Industry and Trade Office, Dalian, and Kanagawa Industry Promotion Center, Yokohama. I was glad to see later that Takuya Suzuki, who had played an important role in this activity, together with Katsunori Yamada, office director, moved in 2015 to work in Dalia’s Kanagawa office. (2015.04.15.)	与日本的县政府和企业协作 日本的长野县、新泻县、宫城县等县政府，日本损害保险公司等日本知名大企业都把中国地区代表总部设立在大连，因此和他们合作是非常重要的。2003年8月，在大连的神奈川产业贸易事务所和日本的神奈川产业贸易中心协助下，借用横滨崎阳轩的会议室，举办了以神奈川县IT企业为对象的大连地区投资说明会。令人高兴的是，2015年这次活动的负责人铃木拓弥先生和山田滕纪所长一起来驻大连神奈川县事务所赴任。。	増補版に入れる記述 日本の県事務所や企業と協力 日本の長野県・新潟県・宮城県などの県や損保ジャパンなどの企業は、中国代表所を大連に置いているので、彼らとの協力も大切であった。2003年の8月には、大連にある神奈川産業貿易事務所と日本にある神奈川産業貿易センターと協力して、横浜の崎陽軒の会議室を借りて、神奈川県のＩＴ企業を対象に、大連への投資説明会を開いた。この活動の中心になっていただいた鈴木拓弥さんが、その後2015年には山田勝紀所長と共に大連の神奈川県事務所へ赴任されて来たのは嬉しかった。
Publishing My Fourth Book In July 2011, after having worked for the university and Dalian Software Park for ten years, I moved to work in the company owned by my friend, Rin Katoku, located in the nearby Dalian High-Tech Zone. My work there was to write and edit in English, Chinese and Japanese my fourth book, “Dalian in Spring”, whose first edition was published in Japan in February 2012, as “Spring in Dalian”. The main readers of this book were those Chinese people who worked in the IT outsourcing industry and were learning English and/or Japanese. (2015.04.15.)	出版第四本书 2011 年7 月我离开了工作了十年的大连软件园，转职到距此不远的大连高新园区，在我的朋友何德伦的公司做工作。我的主要任务是撰写和用中、英、日文编缉我的第四本书——《大连之春》。这本书于2012 年2月在日本出版。这本书的读者是在IT外包产业工作和学习英文或日文的中国人。	４冊目の本を出版 2011年7 月、私はそれまで12年間働いた大連ソフトウェアパークから、近くの大連ハイテク・ゾーンにある、友人・何徳倫さんの会社へ移動した。私はそこで４冊目の本『大連の春』を書き、英中日本産か国語で編集し、初版は2012年2月に日本で出版された。この本のおもな読者は中国人で、IT外注産業に従事して英語または日本語を学んでいる中国の人々であった。
