This steel cross was saved from the remains of the Christ Church
right after the Allied bombing of Yokohama in June, 1945.
At left is St. Francis' Prayer for Peace.

How to get there:
At JR Ishikawacho Station, go out to Motomachi Exit, walk to Motomachi where you'll go up
the hill to Yamate-dori, and find us across the street from Motomachi Park (adjacent to
the Foreign Cemetery). Or, at Sakuragicho Station, take the municipal bus (No. 11) to JR Hodogaya
Station and get off at Motomachi Koen Mae bus stop.
